Our Team

Whether you are an employer that has concerns about labor laws and employment policies or an employee who has concerns about a situation in your workplace – one thing is the same: you want solid legal advice to help you understand your rights and someone that will vigorously defend them.

Attorney Kyle J. Weinheimer is not your typical lawyer. Before even going to law school, Kyle had already more than a decade of practical experience as a successful businessman. He learned early about employee rights and benefits, about being fair and honest, and about the importance of good legal advice. Kyle’s decision to go to law school was heavily influenced on bad legal advice and a huge bill given to him by an attorney he hired to represent his business. That was the day he realized that doing it right from the first time can save a lot of money, time and more importantly – make his employees love the place where they work.

Today, Kyle protects clients’ legal rights in cases involving wage-and-hour disputes, workplace discrimination, workplace harassment, wills & trusts, and business contracts. In every case, he relies on the same tenacity and drive that has helped him build one of the most respected local businesses in the San Joaquin Valley. Many years of successful management of his own small business provides Kyle with an outstanding insight and a strategic viewpoint that comes only from practical experience.

In addition to protecting the rights of employees, Kyle also advises small businesses and medium sized companies on a variety of legal issues, from the best ways to avoid an employment lawsuit to protecting against legal liability. Further, he advises small business owners on how to organize their business along with other HR related functions that are often over looked by smaller employers without an HR department.

Over the years, Kyle has seen it all: worker compensation claims, discrimination claims, audits, improper pay structures, litigation, arbitration and successful settlements. His experience goes far beyond the practice of law. Kyle is also a licensed contractor and real estate broker, he has passed the California Certified Public Accountant exam and is multilingual. He holds two master’s degrees (in International Finance and Business Administration) in addition to his undergraduate and law degrees. This knowledge helps him not only be proficient with the legal aspect of a problem, but fully understand the whole picture.
